Bright Car Detailing

I decided to treat myself to a detail after wanting one for a while and was excited to try this service. The team was friendly, but the experience didn't quite meet my expectations. My appointment time was changed, they arrived a bit later than expected, and there was some confusion about the water source despite that being chosen during booking. The detail itself was okay, but there were still several areas that looked like they could have used more attention. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience honestly. I think there's room for improvement, and I hope this feedback is helpful.

With two teenagers and 3 dogs I never thought our truck would be this clean again! Willie did an amazing job on our truck! Arrived on time, kind, and detail oriented. Highly recommend!

We have used Bright Detailing numerous times. My wife and I have both had our cars, fully detailed, and for Christmas last year we gave away two full detail gift cards to my wife’s parents. Every experience has been very professional and the results have been excellent. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, not worth the money spent. The technician did a great job vacuuming, and took several hours to complete the car which I thought meant he was being thorough. However, he didn’t wipe down the windows? That seems like the easiest step to get right. They also just ignored several steps of the package I bought (no ceramic coating, didn’t shampoo seats or carpets, no protective coating on plastic, didn’t wipe down windows). I wouldn’t use them again.

I paid for a “Gold Full Detail,” which was supposed to include “wash, wax, wheels and tires, wheel wells, barrels of the wheels, windows, vacuum, shampoo carpets and seats, wipe down interior vinyl/ trim/ plastics, clean doors and door jams, condition leather, and steam clean interior.” While they cleaned and vacuumed my car, they also missed a lot of spots and were not thorough (see photos). There were grease spots on the window and something that had spattered on the dash was not wiped down. The seats looked like they had been vacuumed, but not washed or steam cleaned. Many spots on the exterior paint were missed. The console and the trunk were skipped entirely. I complained and they politely offered to come touch it up the next week. They addressed some of the areas I had pointed out, but missed others. You can get a car wash + vac from Anthony’s for $75. I think I got more than that, but not $175 more. They do come to you, so perhaps some people would pay extra for the convenience. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and won’t be using them again.
